The GlobalEyes Network is excited to announce the launch of GlobalEyes Travel. Established in January 2022, this exciting venture brings the travel expertise of Heather van Vonderen to the GlobalEyes family.

With vast experience in the travel industry since 1981, van Vonderen shared her enthusiasm for partnering with GlobalEyes CEO Paul Millman, and CSO Ben MacKiel, both of whom she has enjoyed working with extensively in the past. van Vonderen cited the infectious excitement both Millman and MacKiel had for the launch of the GlobalEyes Network as one of her reasons for wanting to get involved. She is keen to explore creative ways to bring travel services into the Network’s offerings, and finding ways to make travel work well for GlobalEyes business, and clients.

A seasoned traveler herself, van Vonderen enjoys the challenges of the unique travel itineraries which evolve when working across the globe. Of the new partnership, Millman says, “Heather has over 25 years working in the international student travel business – both with student groups and industry professionals. Assisting travel for work in international education is a specialized set of skills not found in the average travel agency. Heather brings a wealth of experience having worked with a number of ISPs and student recruitment agents overseas. Based in Ontario but available for bookings across Canada, Heather likes a challenge and is ready to put the pieces of your next travel itinerary together. Airlines, trains, busses, car rentals, hotels, and insurance; Heather has done it all.”
